What do I need?
Brief Therapy...is geared toward a very specific challenge or decision that may have you stuck. It is goal oriented, and it's literally like having your own personal coach on life, to help work through and weigh all of the options to select the best path forward. This can be around career choice, college decision, relationship struggles...just about anything life can throw at you.

Psychotherapy...goes deep into the root of what may be causing you to get stuck in the first place. It is really about how you may have gotten to where you are and creating a plan to equip you for better outcomes in the future. This can include working through trauma, family of origin issues, neurodivergency, and many more - that can manifest in the form of depression, anxiety, or a number of other behavioral health conditions.

Bottom Line...we'll figure it out together. Not everything needs to fit into a neat box or be fashioned with an exact label. We'll sort through what is preventing you from being your best self and create a plan to get your happy back.
Specialized Tools
While traditional talk therapy is incredibly valuable, sometimes it helps to have specialized tools to navigate more complex challenges. EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) are two of these unique tools that can offer powerful support in your journey.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
Navigating Trauma
Think of trauma like a heavy fog that makes it tough to see where you’re headed. EMDR therapy can help guide you through that fog and helping you make sense of painful memories in a structured, supportive way. Instead of being stuck in the pain of difficult experiences, EMDR helps you process and understand them, allowing you to see them as landmarks rather than landmines. With each session, you recalibrate your inner compass, and obtain additional clarity needed to move forward.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Mapping the Forest of the Mind
Even in our best attempts to navigate a path toward self-healing, the noise from everyday modern life can make it extremely difficult for us to "see the forest for the trees." KAP can act as a guide, helping you to uncover new paths and perspectives. In a safe, supportive environment, KAP helps to gently lift mental barriers, allowing you to glean fresh insights and explore parts of yourself that may have been hidden or forgotten. With improved direction and clarity, you can move forward with greater confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.

The first session is 1 hour, with a comprehensive assessment of mind/body and presenting condition. Thereafter sessions are 55 minutes​.
